The MRI Stereo comes with a warranty of six months to three years, depending on what package you selected. The warranty may be extended at an additional cost.
Audio is mono sound where the same signal comes from both speakers. Stereo sound is when two different signals come from each speaker giving you a broader range in sound.
iPad is a tablet trademarked by Apple. The device streams audio from sites such as Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Pandora, etc. The Surface is a tablet computer by Microsoft that gives you a large range of audio choices. Stream local live radio, play mp3’s and removable media, as well as all your online favorites.
A transducer converts one form of energy to another. In the MR environment, it is best to use components to deliver deep and low bass to cancel the noise of an MRI scan. MRI Stereo transducers are designed to deliver low bass to alleviate the noise of MRI scans, making it a more comfortable patient experience.

Yes. The MRI Stereo can be integrated with your already installed OEM included bore microphone. Or for a more patient-oriented option, we offer the bi-directional or two-way communication headset as an upgrade.
Two-way communication (headset) supplements the need for the patient alarm. But the patient alarm is a great backup.
The MRI Stereo has been tested on all manufactures of MRI machines, including 1.5T, 3.0T, 0.7T and .035T MRI’s by GE, Siemens, Toshiba and more. It plays music from most music players with a standard audio output, and streaming services like iTunes, Spotify, Pandora and more.
MRI Audio is our standard audio system with all the basics. The patient side audio is Mono Pneumatic, while the True Stereo has upgraded features such as True Stereo sound for the patient, and Upgraded tablet, microphone, and speakers for the technologist.
The Wireless Stereo System offers True Stereo Sound through Piezoelectric Speakers giving a better audio experience to the patient, as well as 2-way communication. All upgraded features of the True Stereo are included with the Wireless System.
MRIStereo.com offers both options of MRI audio and MRI stereo as well as Bi-Directional and “No installation required” MRI Music.
No. Installation is available and priced per location. We have detailed instruction manuals for installations on all our MRI Music systems. In addition,MRIStereo.com has engineers to install the system in many states. Please call for customized quotes for your area.
